The City of London Growing Localities Awards 2014/15

Using nature to enhance communities and the lives of vulnerable and socially-excluded people

Following a massive response to our promotion of Kew's Grow Wild campaign, by popular demand the deadline has been extended for entries to the Growing Localities Awards 2014/2015.

The deadline for entries has been extended to 8 February 2015

Over the course of the last two years Lemos&Crane and the City of London Corporation’s Charity, the City Bridge Trust have run the Growing Localities Awards - which celebrate innovative use of nature and green spaces to improve and enhance lives across the capital. The response to the awards has increased each year, with more than 160 excellent entries received in 2013/2014. Find out about the shortlisted and winning entries here

Building on the success of previous years Lemos&Crane and the City Bridge Trust are launching an even bigger Growing Localities Awards scheme for 2014/2015. The awards will recognise a wider range of creative projects and people working to use London’s green spaces to improve the livelihood of its residents. The scheme will culminate in a celebratory event and related publication in spring 2015.
