Lemos&Crane have been working with the City of London Corporation's charity the City Bridge Trust to identify ways of improving access to the arts, museums, galleries for people with learning disabilities. We have heard many examples of excellent work as well as identifying many opportunities to do much more.

One such leading light in promoting access and involvement in the arts is Heart n Soul, an award winning creative arts company promoting arts opportunities for adults with learning disabilities, and supporting artists with learning disabilities to develop and share their talents.
Heart n Soul make inclusive creative spaces where people are free to express themselves and learn, and offer a range of opportunities for people to take part, train in a new skill, or develop their artistic talents. Artists and participants share their work live, recorded or online for as many different people to enjoy as possible.
Heart n Soul are an excellent example of an organisation working in creative and innovative ways to support people with learning disabilities to access the arts, and to support artists with learning disabilities to develop their talents.
Heart n Soul ’s Allsorts is a place where adults with learning disabilities can try new art activities, meet new people and have fun. Participants can take part in a range of workshops ranging from music to circus skills in a safe and friendly atmosphere where participants decide what they do.
This season will be led by the Allsorts participants and sessions will include past favourites such as DJing as well as some new surprises!
